That all equals the big goose egg of 0. That's how far I'm dilated. I've been to the doctor twice in the last two weeks and still nothing. Well I did find out the baby is still head down and just hanging around. Probably taking after me since he/she is in a nice, warm, comfortable place and just knows the weather is getting colder and colder each day. The kid wants to stay snuggly warm for as long as possible. I'm just hoping that he/she also takes after me in the "I don't like to be late" category. I wanted to get through Thanksgiving weekend, which will most likely happen considering nothing is going on in the way of contractions, Braxton Hicks, or dilation. And technically it's not even December yet. I'm really not in a huge hurry because I just started my maternity leave and would like a few days at home to finish up the little things before the kid decides to arrive. That said, I'm still hoping for a single-digit birth date instead of anything past December 10. For those of you who are guessing past December 10, shame on you. Which reminds me, I'm closing the guessing game on expectnet.com this Saturday since David's guess was November 30 and we don't want to give him the chance to change it, do we?
Yesterday was my last day at school. Surprisingly I wasn't teary-eyed over this. The kids were great, especially my fifth grade math students. They gave the baby a number counting book and a baby music cd. I also got a nice surprise when I went to lunch. It seems there were some sneaky people who managed to get most of the fifth grade students to sign a "Fifth Grade Loves You, Mrs. Price" banner. They had that laying out on one of the tables.

I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving. Be sure to give lots of hugs, kisses, and love out during the holiday.
